A new frontier in HVAC Service

Secure and attach all panels

An open panel on a system can cause the system to take in or blow out air in a space where it was not designed to do so.

For example a residential system where the air-handler is located in the attic. If the blower panel is ajar the system will draw in attic air. We all know how hot it can be in the attic in the summer time. When the units draws in attic air it puts the air in to the occupied space which is then drawn back in to the system to be cooled again. This is extremely costly to the home owner.

In the commercial environment a loose panel on a roof top unit (RTU) can become a lethal weapon if wind blows it off as well and do the same as mentioned above except it will draw in outdoor air.
